ALA - Vital ALA 300 mg

Vital ALA contains 300 mg of Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) per capsule.  ALA functions in both the aqueous and lipid portions of the cell, making it one of the most diverse of the antioxidant nutrients. ALA replenishes the antioxidant activity of vitamins C, E, coenzyme Q10 and glutathione, and also drives ATP synthesis and improves glycemic regulation.
