Internet Product Sales Policy
Anabolic Laboratories is committed to supporting health care professionals. We do not sell to the public, and actively police and protect our customers from unlicensed reselling of our products.
Because doctors and other health professionals have websites to promote their practices, we understand that these internet sites are extensions of their physical offices.
We do not sell to any on-line stores. All websites that offer the Anabolic Laboratories branded products are owned and operated by Doctors or licensed health professionals.
Our concern is the public access of the internet. A doctor with product in his office can sell them at any price, but with mass reach of the World Wide Web, Anabolic Laboratories must insist on the following policies:
1) We strongly prefer that no prices are listed for our products on-line. If a person must log-in or sign up, then they are essentially a patient, and any prices listed within this “restricted area” are allowed. We encourage that all prices are listed in a “members” area, not in the public area.
2) If prices are listed in a public area, then it is required that they are twice (double) the current professional list price. No discounting of our products is permitted when listed in a public area on-line.
A health professional may use any of the materials and images available on our website (www.anaboliclabs.com) to promote the usage of Anabolic Laboratories branded products. Links to any part of our website are also welcome. We strongly encourage this, and welcome your suggestions for new materials.
